Our policy lasts 10 calendar days. If 10 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase and you haven't get in touch with us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or damaged and in the original packaging. Pictures are required to start the process.

Gift Card, discounted price products and customized products are non-returnable/refundable items. These are final sales.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

    Shipping fees for returning a defective/damaged item is FREE. Please get in touch with us, we'll provide the procedure to follow.

    Please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" or your package will be returned to you. On your invoice, please indicate "RETURN" as to reason of export. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for duties and customs.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or lost during the shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Shipping fees for exchanging a product that is not defective or damaged are at the customer own cost, except the 1st one.


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
